Should you request a refund for downloadable products from thejuiceent.com, we ask that you do so using our Contact page. Please include your date of purchase (and approximate time), order number and the item(s) purchased you are dissatisfied with. Please also note the reason for your dissatisfaction (i.e., an error with the download or files).
We are proud to work with CCBill as our trusted payment processor. For further assistance, you may contact CCBill through their Consumer Support panel.
We currently do not offer tangible goods (shippable items). Should this change in the future, our full refund & return policy will be posted publicly on this page.
Exchanges
As our products are currently available only as downloads, we are unable to provide product exchanges at this time.
