WAIT! Before you cancel your membership right away, please wait at least 24hrs for your payment to process. Canceling too early may take away access from the site while payment still went through

If you are now ready to cancel your membership, please follow the steps below:

  1.  Click on the MEMBERS button at the top next to the JOIN button. This will take you to another page
  2. Hover over your username, which is a clickable link. This will take you to your members setting
  3. From here you will be able to Cancel your membership. As well has changing the level, changing your password, and seeing your payment history

If you are experiencing issues with paying please see the list of solutions below

  •  Make sure you used the correct card information as listed. Double check all info before submitting for purchase. If any information is incorrect, the transaction will not process
  • Make sure you have the proper funds in your account. If you don’t have any funds for the purchase, the payment will not go through
  • Check the expiration date of your card. If the card has already expired, the transaction will not go through.

If you are experiencing issues with watching the videos, please try some options below

  • Try to use another web browser (Opera/Google Chrome/Firefox)
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try using another device (Phone/Tablet/Desktop/Laptop)
  • Let the video load for a few before pressing play
  • Clear your browser history and/or cache

The hours of operation for TheJuiceEntertainment are from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday EST time. 

If we receive contact after 5pm on a Friday, the next business day will be Monday at 9am EST time.
